From an original 33 members in 1927 who hailed from New York City, Hoboken, Jersey City, and Newark, IOREBA has grown to over 300 members located throughout NJ, NY, PA, CT and other states.
It is one of the nation's largest regional organizations, and is the oldest office and industrial real estate brokers association in the United States.
Monthly Meetings
IOREBA meetings are generally held at the NY Athletic Club, Manhattan, NY, and the Stony Hill Inn, Hackensack, NJ, from 5-8pm, on the last Monday of each month from September through April.
A cocktail hour is followed by a dinner at which are addressed by guest speakers who are experts in area of key concern to our profession.
Another highlight is the Annual Developers Night Dinner in the spring, where more than 25 developers and related industries present their projects and services to more than 250 attendees at the Marriott Glenpointe in
Teaneck, NJ.
In May more than 300 members and guests join together for the Annual Golf, Tennis & Dinner Outing.
