For over 30 years Robert has been engaged in every aspect of consulting and advising his clients in the acquisition and disposition of their commercial real estate. This has included Sales, Leasing, Development and Property Management of Industrial, Office, Retail, Investment Properties and Land. He has an accomplished record of success in lease analysis, property valuation, space planning, mortgage financing, property management and development.
Robert began his real estate career in 1985 as a Sales associate at DiLeo Realty Associates while attending Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Upon graduation in 1986, Robert embarked on his full time career in the third generation family business. Involved in various development projects from 1987-Present, Robert has gained experience in site selection, acquisition, zoning, entitlements and construction. With a thorough understanding and respect of the risks and concerns on both side of a transaction, Robert's effectiveness to fascilitate deals between tenants & landlords and buyers & sellers have gained him a reputation of trust and confidence from his clients that is mutually acknowledged.
