Caryl Bixon-Gordon, President, founded Caryl Communications Inc., which has grown since the early 1980s from a one-person operation to one of New Jersey's leading public relations and marketing agencies.

Under her direction, Caryl Communications has earned a respected reputation for the responsiveness and quality of its services, the talents of its team and the depth of expertise provided to clients in all facets of public relations and marketing. The activities focus on press relations to build awareness and credibility for clients, their properties and services in print, broadcast and Internet media outlets. Caryl supervises each account, directing managers, writers and coordinators, working with media, and serving as clients’ press correspondent and marketing consultant.

Most recently, Bixon-Gordon earned the prestigious President’s Award for her exemplary service to NAIOP-NJ as a member of their PR Committee. She also ranked as one of the “Best 50 Women in Business” by NJBIZ.

A graduate of William Paterson University with a B.A. in English, Caryl is also an Adjunct Public Relations Instructor for William Paterson University’s School of Continuing Education. She has attended courses at The New School in Manhattan.

The company, which is nationally certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), has earned a reputation for outreach on behalf of women by hiring, training and promoting many female candidates over the years.
