Chuck Thomas has been with Omland Engineering Associates, Inc. since its inception in 1997 and is one of three key project managers in the company. With close to 25 years of experience in the civil engineering field, Mr. Thomas has been instrumental in setting the design standards that Omland Engineering provides for its many clients.
Omland Engineeringís goal is to continually update our staff engineersí knowledge of new design techniques and current and pending regulations. This knowledge base allows the client to have the most efficient approval and permitting process, thereby launching the project into the construction phase more rapidly. Local zoning, environmental constraints, and client goals and expectations are all kept in focus.
Mr. Thomas has performed various municipal duties and has been consultant to various Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards. His working knowledge of design and permitting enable him to assist the various Boards with reviews that not only verify conformance with local regulations, but also identify feasibility of permitting with State and County regulations. When performing municipal reviews, Mr. Thomasí goal is to assure the Municipality and its citizens that all applicable regulations can be complied with. Mr. Omland and Mr. Thomas have had a close working relationship for close to 20 years.
