Jackie Chesler joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Tri-State Capital Market Group in 2008, and has been part of the commercial real estate industry since 1996. Ms. Chesler concentrates on institutional as well as private capital market investment transactions.

Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Chesler was recruited by Realogy, formally Cendant Corporation, to re-launch the dormant Coldwell Banker Commercial brand after a non-compete with CBRE expired. As the senior vice president of Operations and Marketing, Ms. Chesler was instrumental in developing the operating platform and commercial marketing protocol for the firm. She identified and targeted key markets nationwide, and developed over 250 affiliated companies with over 4,000 commercial real estate professionals, together with company owned and managed operations. She was responsible for the performance of the affiliate network, which generated a combined $2.5 billion in brokerage fees during her tenure. The company’s operating revenue experienced double-digit growth during the last five years under her management.

Prior to joining Realogy, Ms. Chesler was part of the management team of Grubb & Ellis Company for the Metro New York offices from 1996 to 1998. At Grubb & Ellis Jackie was the director of business operations for the commercial real estate and investment sales operations.

Ms. Chesler is recognized within the commercial real estate industry and is a frequent key note speaker at industry events, including the National Association of Realtors Commercial Source event. She has been identified by REALCOMM as the “Top 35 to Watch in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for 2006 and 2005.

Ms. Chesler graduated from Rutgers University, School of Management, with her degree in Business Management and Marketing. She completed the CEO Series Leadership program at The Wharton School. She has also completed several training courses in the areas of Six Sigma, Public Speaking and Press Communication Training.
