James Garibaldi has served in both management and brokerage capacities for the past 30 years. He is the Managing Partner, overseeing the firm’s business, as well as new business development initiatives.
His experience includes completing worldwide transactions for major clients such as C.R. Bard, Dendrite International, Prudential Insurance Company of America, and numerous divisions of Unilever U.S.
Mr. Garibaldi is currently the President of CORFAC International and a member of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA). He is the former Chairman of the Economic Development Standards Taskforce, initiated by the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce.
