Ms. Raushi has a 26-year career distinguished by extensive experience and exceptional success in the start-up, growth and leadership of financial services firms, with particular emphasis on the provision of fiduciary services. Most recently, she served as the President, CEO and Director of State and Federally chartered limited purpose trust companies owned by New York Life, New York Life Trust Company and New York Life Trust Company, FSB. Under her direction, New York Life Trust Company increased assets from $14 billion to $21 billion in 3 years. She oversaw a business development team that generated over $2.7 million in insurance income though cross-selling. Ms. Raushi was also a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at PNC Bank where she increased revenue five-fold within two years while developing many new strategic initiatives to cross-sell all of PNC's banking services. She was the Regional Manager for Mellon Private Asset Management covering Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey and started a committee under the Chairman for cross-selling banking services. This region became number one in the Mellon footprint for new business and retention of new business.

Ms. Raushi worked for Bank of America (United Jersey Bank) for ten years and was one of ten individuals to report to the President on the loan work out committee. She implemented a cross-selling program throughout the Bank that generated multi-millions of dollars in business. She was also selected to the high potential program for women. While at Wachovia Bank (Fidelity Union), she worked as a Private Bank Lender providing all types of loans and retail services to clients, in addition to managing investment, trust, and estate accounts. Ms. Raushi started her career working at Shearman and Sterling for William Rockefeller, Esq. She managed trust and estate accounts for many wealthy families and was responsible for keeping track of the attorneys' progress in the firm.

Ms. Raushi has a B.A. in political science and a MBA in Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University. She holds a builders license and a real estate license as well.
