Paul March is a First Vice President of CB Richard Ellis. Mr. March has been working in the New Jersey market with CB Richard Ellis for his entire real estate career of over 20 years.
His primary focus is representing tenants exclusively in their lease negotiations, and handling select leasing and investment assignments. Mr. March also specializes in executing Corporate Services assignments for CB Richard Ellis brokers with National clients that have needs in multiple markets throughout the state, from Englewood Cliffs to Atlantic City.
From 2005 to present, Mr. March has regionally represented a National Tenant for all their real estate requirements in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. Completing over 20 transactions totaling over 100,000 square feet.
From 2001 – 2004, Mr. March represented Fleet Bank in the disposition of their surplus properties including the sale of approximately $20 million of surplus bank branches.
Mr. March has completed over 250 leasing and investment transactions totaling over 1,250,000 square feet and over $60 million in consideration during his career with CB Richard Ellis.
Mr. March has many long-term client relationships and has enjoyed completing repeat assignments with many of them. His success is based upon satisfying clients by taking a consultative approach to representation. This process-oriented representation enhances the clients negotiating position and provides them with value added services such as market surveys, lease abstracts, request for proposals, financial analysis, expense audits, space planning and construction advice, relocation assistance, and total project cost analysis.
