HACKENSACK, N.J., Feb. 5, 2010 – The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its monthly meeting on Monday, Feb. 22. The dinner event will take place at the Stony Hill Inn, 231 Polifly Road in Hackensack.
The evening’s presentation, “Protecting the Tenant, Real Estate Broker and the Service Provider in this Distressed Real Estate Market,” will feature representatives from local law firms with specific expertise in this area. Paul D. Drobbin of LeClairRyan will serve as moderator of the speakers’ panel, which includes bankruptcy attorneys Todd M. Galante of LeClairRyan and Iryna L. Carey of Cole Schotz; and tenant real estate attorneys David C. Feinberg of LeClairRyan and Jan Alan Lewis of Cole Schotz.
Cocktails and networking will begin at 5 p.m., with dinner and the program starting at 6:30 p.m. The price to attend the event, which includes an open bar, is $90 for members and $110 for non-members who register in advance at www.ioreba.com by Feb. 18. The price at the door will be $100 for members and $120 for non-members.
