Networking, Sit-Down Dinner to Highlight Event; Proceeds to Benefit Monmouth U
TEANECK, N.J., March 9, 2009 – The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its 17th Annual “Developer’s Night” dinner on Monday, March 30, at the Marriott Glenpointe Hotel in Teaneck. Some 300 members and friends are expected to attend.
As always, the evening will feature a networking reception during which leading, real estate development firms will present information on their regional projects, followed by a sit-down dinner. During the dinner, a distinguished panel of office, industrial, retail and residential real estate professionals will discuss the state of the market – where things stand and what the future holds.
Pre-registration is available at www.ioreba.com. The cost prior to March 26 is $80 for members and $100 for non-members. After that date, tickets can be purchased at the door for $90 per member and $110 per non-member. For information about sponsoring a table, contact Geoffrey Schubert at geoffrey.schubert@cbre.com or Jeff Schotz at jschotz@fswre.com.
Proceeds from Developer’s Night will benefit IOREBA’s Scholarship Fund, with money from this year’s program again being donated to Monmouth University. IOREBA awards substantial cash scholarships annually to undergraduates studying real estate at universities and colleges in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. In recent years, funds also have been granted for special needs to high schools.
