New York, N.Y., Oct. 6, 2009 – The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) and the New Jersey and Downstate New York Chapters of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) will hold their annual joint meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at the New York Athletic Club. Craig Meyer, SIOR National President, is the featured speaker for this year’s program.

The New York Athletic Club is located at 180 Central Park South in Manhattan. Before the event, IOREBA will host a Board Meeting from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Cocktails and networking will take place from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by dinner and program from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. During his presentation, Meyer will address the impact of the current recession throughout the Northeast region and the nation. He will also offer insight into the recovering market, and what can be expected in the future of real estate.
