  JAN. 25: IOREBA TO HOST 2ND ANNUAL URBAN DEVELOPER’S NIGHT
Industry Professionals to Present 2010 Forecast for Urban Marketplace
 

NEWARK, N.J., Dec. 30, 2009 – The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its second annual “Urban Developer’s Night” on Monday, Jan. 25, at the Robert Treat Hotel in Newark. The program will showcase current and newly renovated commercial projects. The panel, featuring Marc Berson, Chairman and Founder, Fidelco Realty Group, Inc.; Gus Milano, Executive Vice President, Finance/Leasing, Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc.; and John Saraceno, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Onyx Equities, LLC, will discuss the advantages and challenges of retaining and attracting tenants to urban areas throughout New Jersey.

The cocktail hour and table displays will begin at 5 p.m. Networking will then be followed by dinner and the speakers’ panel at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for Urban Developer’s Night are $90 for IOREBA members and $115 for non-members before Thurs., Jan. 21, at www.ioreba.com. The cost at the door is $100 for members and $125 for non-members. Display tables are available at a cost of $350, which includes two dinner tickets. The Robert Treat Hotel is located at 50 Park Place in Newark.
