IOREBA

The Port of New York and New Jersey is the gateway to one of the most concentrated consumer markets in North America and the largest port on the U.S. East Coast.  Join your fellow IOREBA Members and commercial real estate professionals for a presentation by Blair Wegescheide, Manager of Port Efficiency, and Zac Werkmeister, also of the Port Authority of NY & NJ. Blair will speak about the multiple areas of collaboration and overlap that industrial real estate and the Ports have. At the same time, Zac will present Foreign Trade Zones and the Port’s FTZ#49.  Both are essential contributors to impacting the NY/NJ region’s marketability and success.

Special bonus that will be limited to the first interested 60 Active Licensed Real Estate Brokers/salespersons who signup for this event (not restricted by State) and have paid their annual IOREBA dues by November 16, 2023. The PONYNJ and IOREBA will be scheduling a maximum of four small groups van tours (15 people or less) with guides during 2023-2024 that will show both Ports in entire daytime operation. Security clearance is a significant concern of the PONYNJ, and therefore, clearance will be limited to those members of IOREBA that again hold “active Real Estate licenses” from the State that the license is issued.

Future dates and details of the forthcoming tours will be sent via email to those active, Real Estate licensed members that make our “short list requirements.”
