Michael oversees a variety of projects along the East Coast and is responsible for project planning, visioning, management and design. Michael brings a depth of current experience in land use studies, land planning, and architecture involving zoning and infrastructure developments to ensure site efficiency benefiting the local economy and community. Involved in the industry since 1997, Michael has worked on a wide variety of projects including including aviation, industrial, land use, public, master planning, warehouse, office, R&D facilities, as well as interior architecture and design projects. He is an active member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties) and IOREBA (The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area, Inc.). Michael�s role as Regional Director is overseeing all aspects of the project with direct project management as needed.
