Patrice conducts environmental services for real estate transactions and regulatory compliance. She also prepares bid documents/specifications/proposals for all Requests for Proposals.

Patrice has been partnering with clients to achieve their environmental goals since 2005. As an Environmental Professional she has focused on environmental consulting, project management, and helping clients address environmental compliance and remediation projects.  A trusted partner to property owners, industry professionals, investors, law firms, residential & commercial real estate, non-profits, and government entities. She has technical and project management experience as an environmental professional performing site investigations and environmental remediation in accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (TRSR).
