Doug has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate financing. Because of his extensive real estate experience, he is able to guide and advise his clients through the acquisition and development process by way of construction, bridge and/or permanent financing, whether it be via life insurance companies, commercial banks or CMBS loans, and advise his clients with regard to environmental and structural reports, mortgage documentation and the closing process. Before founding the company in 1988, Doug was president of the David Cronheim Mortgage Company and a solicitor for Midlantic Mortgage Corp., and Commercial Loan Insurance Corp., a division of MGIC. He has a B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a member IOREBA and is licensed as a real estate broker for the State of New Jersey.
