President and Principal of Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate investment and management firm based in Woodbridge, NJ that specializes in the acquisition, ownership, management, leasing and construction supervision of commercial office properties throughout New Jersey. Since its formation in 1988, Bergman has successfully acquired over 30 commercial properties including 3,500 garden apartment units and 20 office buildings comprising over 2.25 million square feet Over 20 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the family business, started real estate career as an assistant director of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a prominent NJ owner/developer. Primary functions at Bergman Real Estate include overseeing the firm's in-house leasing and marketing activities, new acquisitions, and investor/client relations. Received a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University, School of Continuing Education in 1993. Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Vermont in 1988, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
