Mr. Moffit, who has 25 years of experience, received a B.A. degree in Geology from Kean College and a Master of Science degree in Geology from Texas A&M University. Mr. Moffit is a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists, the Geological Society of America, the Association of Environmental & Engineering Geologists, and the Geological Association of New Jersey. Mr. Moffit is responsible for managing the investigation and remediation of a variety of sites, including Underground Storage Tank (UST) closures, asbestos investigations, soil and ground water investigation and remediation projects, as well as overseeing investigations of sites associated with the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA). He also has extensive experience in construction management and environmental site remediation including field coordination and implementation of large, multi-disciplinary investigation and cleanup projects involving remedial design and long-term O&M. Mr. Moffit has dealt extensively with investigation of sites impacted with chlorinated solvents, both in soils and in fractured bedrock, and has assisted and prepared expert reports on cases related to contaminant migration and discharge dating.
