Mr. Nachamkin formed Metrix Real Estate Services, LLC to develop, redevelop and make investments in Industrial Real Estate.  Metrix will joint venture projects with institutional investors.  

Prior to forming Metrix Mr Nachamkin was a Managing Director at HFF, LP in Florham Park, NJ, a Regional Partner and Executive Vice President of Oakmont Industrial Group, an Atlanta-based development and investment company. He worked at Prologis as Regional Director for the Northeast US and Canada and started the Security Capital Industrial Trust (Prologis) Business in NJ; President of Whitehall Industrial Properties, a Goldman, Sachs affiliate; and Cushman & Wakefield.
