Spanning a career of over thirty years as a real estate broker, Dan Saxon has primarily concentrated on the leasing and selling of assembly, manufacturing and distribution facilities. He has represented purchasers of a 62,000 sq. ft. flex property in Rockleigh N.J. and tenants of a 54,000 sq.ft facility in Teaneck, N.J. where he has been appointed exclusive agent to lease an additional 32,000 sq. ft portion of the property. He has arranged land transactions for the U.S. Postal Service and for Manor Care, Inc. Recently he negotiated a contract for the sale of ten acres of land in Clifton, NJ for senior citizen housing. Mr. Saxon has exclusively and successfully represented New Jersey owners of properties in Passaic and Bergen counties and was exclusive agent to market the sale of a 234,000 sq. ft. investment property for $14,000,000 which was sold. Mr. Saxon has cooperated frequently with other brokers and has represented tenants in transactions with First Industrial LP and Sanzari Enterprises. He serves on the Senior Council of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area, (IOREBA). He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School) with a B.S. in Economics.
