Sean Brady joined C&W in 1980 as a Market Research Associate. In 1982, Mr. Brady moved into the Transaction Services Group. Over the past 10 years he has consistently finished in the top ranks in New Jersey and on a national basis. Mr. Brady was awarded C&W's "Quality Service Award" for the Tri-State area, the first broker in the nation to win the award twice since its inception. In 2004, he created an Asset Due Diligence service within C&W to assist corporations who are investigating and accessing information on companies that they are interested in buying, merging with or investing in, thus, allowing corporations to make an informed decision about their investments. The Due Diligence team includes profesionals from various sectors such as IT, accountants, appraisers, real estate brokers and environmental engineers. This national team is equiped to analyze and report on leased or owned real estate, evaluate the quantity and quality of the equipment, inventory, goodwill and intangibles, information technology platform and assets and evaluate the environmental condition of the real estate assets. Mr. Brady has represented tenants such as The Trane Company, Honeywell, American Water Company, Marsh McLennan, Canon, Target and Turner Construction Company. In addition, he has worked with numerous clients on corporate headquarters assignments such as Norelco and International Paper in Stamford, CT; SHPS, Inc. in Louisville, KY; The Compass Group in Charlotte, NC; Ebenx in Minneapolis, MN; Maher Terminal, WebMD, Elizabethtown Water Company, American Standard, and COSI/Infocrossing in New Jersey. Mr. Brady also serves as SHPS, Inc. National Exclusive representative. Current assignments are in Philadelphia, Scottsdale, Seattle, Minneapolis, Walnut Creek, CA among others. Mr. Brady serves on the Landlord's behalf as well for major assignments such as Prudential's 900,000-sf Prudential Business Campus in Parsippany; Lehman Brothers' PSE&G Headquarters of 1,100,000 sf in Newark, which has just sold; The Cox 300,000 sf Building at 1400 Lake Hearn Drive in Atlanta; Prudential's 855,000-sf Exchange Place Center in Jersey City; and 86,000 sf on behalf of New York Life in Woodbridge Place, Woodbridge. Mr. Brady earned a Finance and Marketing degree, with a Marine Biology minor, at Long Island University. He is involved in the new chapter in New Jersey for The Association for Corporate Growth, whose membership primarily consists of New Jersey-based private equity firms and venture capital companies. He was just elected to the Board of IOREBA.
