Jeff Furey specializes in industrial leasing and sales, tenant representation and real estate advisory services. He originally joined the firm after graduating from Lafayette College in 1978 with an AB degree in Economics and Business. Jeff has represented developers/investors like Mack Construction, also corporations like Rheem, Pirelli Cable, BOC, Interstate Bakeries, Allstate International, CPC International, ICON International, and Computer Science Corporation, in the disposition and acquisition of property in New Jersey and southern Pennsylvania. Jeff took a leave of absence from Colliers Houston & Co. in 1985 to work on special projects for two developers and rejoined Colliers Houston & Co. in 1993. Achievements 732Between 1985 and 1992, Jeff worked for Baker Properties of Pleasantville, NY and DKM Properties of Lawrenceville, NJ. For Baker Properties, Jeff opened the New Jersey Commercial Division. Developed and implemented a marketing program for American Enterprise Park, a 500,000 square foot high-tech park in Morris Plains, NJ. Leased 194,000 square feet of 210,000 square feet of building built before joining DKM Properties as Vice President of Leasing for Tinicum Industrial Park, a 2.5 million square foot industrial complex. At TIP, Jeff leased 1.79 million square feet in 105 transactions in four years with companies like Boeing, Marmon Keystone, GSA/US Navy, and Union Pacific.
